Withnell Fold Paper Mill, Chorley

What's left of the Paper Mill lies on the banks of the Leeds Liverpool Canal, near Wheelton. The Mill was shut in the 1960's, and while some of it has been knocked down for housing, a few buildings remain. These are now occupied by local businesses.
