The owners are not keen on visitors, although access to the dock looked easy enough despite the razor wire. I didn't feel the need to though as ships are such big things that they are hard to photograph close up.

Access to the ship itself looked a damn sight harder though as it's pretty much sealed up. That said a competent climber shouldn't have too many problems, indeed there have been a few reports on 28 Days Later from on the ship.
