Edenwood 3

The first floor was in a dubious state, not helped by this gaping hole. I don't know whether this was the result of a collapse, or whether it was deliberate so as to remove machinery from upstairs. Note the wooden flooring - this was unusual (but not unknown) for a mill building of the 20th Century. This was due to cost - probably around 50% of a brick arch construction that most larger mills have.
